History
MVO GmbH Metallverarbeitung Ostalb is one of the world’s most modern suppliers to the automobile industry. Otto Bäuerle and Franz Maier, as entrepreneurs, each with a sole proprietorship, laid the foundation stone for many decades of development and production of components for automobile steering systems. In 2009 the two special sole proprietorships with their wealth of experience were amalgamated into MVO GmbH and incorporated into the Georgsmarienhütte group of companies.
